OFFERING OF SERVICES

At LifeStyle Properties our focus is on a consulting approach to new home sales and marketing. Our goal is to identify builders and developers who could benefit from our talent, knowledge and experience.

Our menu of services includes:

1. Assistance with feasibility, planning and development of communities.
2. Market research, both statistical and market driven, using various sources including local fee services, MLS, personal surveys and focus groups.
3. Development of buyer profiles and sales and marketing plans.
4. Facilitate the creation of collateral materials and sales office design.
5. Preparation and/or implementation of advertising campaigns.
6. Assist the builder/developer in recruiting and selecting on-site sales personnel.
7. Provide sales training, sales management and accountability or on-site sales personnel.
8. On-going market research on how a project is doing in comparison with the rest of the market.
9. Analysis of inventory in order to determine a plan of action to facilitate timely sales.
10. Facilitate the organization and preparation of regular reports regarding traffic, prospects, sales contracts and closings.
11. Real estate brokerage services to fit a builder/developers need in a specific community.
12. Implementing on-site Sales and Management web based programs to track activity, sales, closings and warranty work.
13. Development of cooperative relationships with national lenders for marketing and preferential lending programs.

For some clients we will provide this complete menu of services and for others perhaps only one of these items. Our fee structure varies and can be commission based, fee based, retainer based or on a per hour basis. We are pleased to provide a proposal of services based on a clients specific needs.
